Newbridge St Brigids - Who We Are
We are a group of Volunteers who help organise free events in part of Newbridge Parish. We are Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Teachers, Coaches. We work to encourage and facilitate local children to take part in their chosen hobby or sport.
We would absolutely love to hear from anyone who is interested in helping out.
You don't need to be a fully-fledged "coach" to help - call us to chat it through.

In keeping with the ethos of the National Community Games organisation, we focus on community spirit and co-operation, the big focus is on children's participation rather than winning. Whether a child is interested in Cycling or Debating, Model Making or Chess, Dancing or Rugby, Singing or Swimming, they should have the opportunity to take part and grow up understanding the positive impact this can have on your life.

We have step by step guidelines to help your child choose an Event they'd like to take part in.

Do you live in our Newbridge St Brigid's Community Games catchment area?
Check if your address is listed.

If you have an interest in any of the Arts or Sports listed, maybe you would consider helping out...we're always delighted to see new faces!

We promise to team you up with other Volunteers who help with the Event of your choice.

With a huge range of Arts and Sports Events to host, the National Festivals are spread over two separate, action-packed weekends:

May 2018
August 2018

Both National Fesitvals are based in University of Limerick
